BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage has launched idesk, a digital application designed to enhance the customer service experience in stock brokerage. The application aims to address the various needs of customers beyond just trading activities. Services available include access to essential reports, requests for fund deposits and withdrawals, IPO applications, obtaining tax certificates, and more.

With idesk, customers can conveniently access these services online, eliminating the need for branch visits. The app is offered at no cost to all clients of BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage. Key features of the application include:

 <li>Online opening of Beneficiary Owners (BO) Accounts</li>
 <li>Secure login to the BRAC EPL idesk platform</li>
 <li>Fund deposits to BO accounts via internet banking, card payments, or Mobile Financial Services (MFS)</li>
 <li>Direct fund withdrawal requests to bank accounts</li>
 <li>IPO application submissions</li>
</ul>

Clients are encouraged to contact customer service or their relationship manager for login credentials. Self-registration options for existing clients will be introduced soon.
